Emergency & After-Hours
For urgent situations outside business hours (chemical spills requiring immediate container replacement, emergency tote supply for disaster response, or critical equipment failures), send an email with "URGENT" in the subject line to info@ohioibctotes.com. Urgent emails are monitored outside normal hours and will receive a response as quickly as possible. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911 first.

Directions from Major Highways
Our facility is conveniently located near the intersection of major interstate highways, making it easily accessible from anywhere in Ohio and surrounding states.
From I-70 (East or West)
Take Exit 91B toward West Broad Street / US-40. Merge onto W Broad St heading west. Turn right onto Westland Mall Way, then left onto Distribution Dr. Our facility is on the right side approximately 0.3 miles ahead.
From I-270 (Outerbelt)
Take Exit 7 for W Broad St / US-40 heading east. Continue on W Broad St for approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto Westland Mall Way, then left onto Distribution Dr. Our facility is on the right.
From I-71 (North or South)
Merge onto I-70 West via the interchange. Follow I-70 W and take Exit 91B toward West Broad Street / US-40. Follow the I-70 directions above from there.
From US-33 (Southeast Ohio)
Follow US-33 North into Columbus. Merge onto I-70 West. Take Exit 91B toward West Broad Street / US-40 and follow the I-70 directions above.
Parking & Facility Access
Customer Parking
Free parking is available in our front lot. There are 15 dedicated customer parking spaces near the main entrance. Additional overflow parking is available along Distribution Dr. Pull into any unmarked space and come to the front office.
Truck Access
Semi trucks and flatbed trailers should use the truck entrance on the east side of the building. The driveway is wide enough for 53-foot trailers to enter and exit without difficulty. Our loading dock can accommodate up to 3 trucks simultaneously. Please check in at the dock office upon arrival.
Self-Pickup
If you are picking up IBC totes with your own truck or trailer, pull around to the loading area on the east side. Our team will load your totes using our forklifts. Please ensure your trailer has a flat, secure surface for IBC placement. We recommend ratchet straps for securing totes during transport (we sell straps on-site if you need them).

For bulk orders of 20+ totes, we can arrange freight shipping anywhere in the continental United States. We work with a network of trusted carriers to provide competitive shipping rates. Full truckload (FTL) rates are available for orders of 20+ 275-gallon totes or equivalent. Less-than-truckload (LTL) options are available for smaller bulk orders.

Selling Your Used Totes

Reconditioning & Cleaning
