3. Orders and Pricing

All prices quoted by Ohio IBC Totes are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until a formal agreement is established. Quotes are typically valid for 7 business days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• You are authorized to make purchases on behalf of the business or entity you represent
• All information provided in connection with your order is accurate and complete
• Payment terms will be established prior to order fulfillment, as agreed upon in writing
• Prices may not include delivery, taxes, or other fees unless explicitly stated in the quote

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to contain errors in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of used and reconditioned IBC totes are subject to the following return policy:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery or pickup
• Products must be in the same condition as received, unused and unmodified
• Return shipping or pickup costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was defective or materially different from what was described
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product
• Custom or specially sourced orders may not be eligible for return

For purchases of IBC totes from customers (sell-back program), all transactions are final once payment has been made and the products have been picked up from the seller's location.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ohio IBC Totes and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to:

Ohio IBC Totes is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.
